Why we never send a frame out of the building
Splitting a piece across suppliers is how a six-week order becomes a six-month one. The arithmetic, honestly.

We draw it, we build it, we deliver it. Every NAII piece is cut, joined and upholstered in our own Riyadh factory — then set out on the showroom floor for you to sit in before you commit.
No stock-photo factory, no stage set. This is the argument the whole brand rests on, so it goes near the top rather than buried on an about page.

Nothing here is white-labelled. Each collection starts as a drawing on our floor in Riyadh and leaves as a finished piece — which is why we can change a dimension, a fabric or a finish without changing the price of everything else.
A chair crosses this floor four times before it reaches you. Nothing is shipped out for finishing, which is why a change of mind in week two is a conversation rather than a cancellation.
Drawn
Measured against your room, then drawn to scale. You approve the dimensions before any timber is cut.
Kiln-dried oak and walnut, cut and joined on our own benches. Every frame is mortised, never stapled.
Foam cut and fabric stretched by hand in the next room, so the frame never leaves the building.
Finished, wrapped and carried into place by our own crew, anywhere in the Kingdom.
The drawings elsewhere on this site explain how a material is built. These show what it looks like under raking light, which is the part that decides whether you want it in your room.

A barrel back in Belgian bouclé over a solid walnut base — low enough to sink into, firm enough to get out of. Built in twelve fabrics, or in your own.
A studio shot flatters furniture. A photograph of somebody's majlis, six months after delivery, does not — which is why these are the ones we show.

That we hit the date, and that changing your mind did not turn into a negotiation. Both are consequences of the factory being ours.
They quoted eighteen days and delivered on the seventeenth. I have never written that sentence about a furniture order before.
Four years on, they re-covered the restaurant banquettes in the same fabric reference and it matched. They still had the record.
I asked for the seat depth to come back three centimetres after the frames were cut. It cost a conversation, not a change order.
Forty-six on the floor, most of them here more than four years. A company without a factory can copy our catalogue. It cannot copy this page.

Built for
Hotels, offices and private residences across the Kingdom. Placeholder names until each client confirms we may use theirs.

Furniture is the only thing you buy that you will touch every day for twenty years.
Which is a strange thing to order from a photograph. Come and sit in it — the showroom is eight minutes from the bench it was built on.

Written at the benches — how pieces are made, how to choose a material, and what this climate does to timber.
