What we collect when you contact us or order a piece, why we hold it, and how to ask us to delete it.

When you send an enquiry or book a showroom visit we collect the name, mobile number, email address and any details about your room or project that you choose to give us.
When you place an order we additionally hold the delivery address, the specification of the piece, and a record of payments received. We do not store card numbers; payments are handled by [payment provider].
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores nothing in your browser beyond what is needed to display the page.
To answer your enquiry, to build and deliver what you ordered, to honour the warranty, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that Saudi tax and commercial law places on us.
We keep the drawings and fabric records for pieces we have built so we can repair or re-cover them years later. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete them.
Our delivery crew sees the name, address and contact number needed to deliver. Our payment provider processes the payment. Our accountants and the tax authority see invoices as the law requires.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after [12 months]. Order records are kept for [10 years] to satisfy statutory retention and the warranty period, then deleted.
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
