What you are agreeing to when you order a piece from us, in the plainest language we can manage.
A quotation is valid for [30] days. An order is confirmed when we have your approval of the drawings and specification, and the deposit has cleared.
Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT at the prevailing rate. The quoted price does not change during production unless you ask for a change that alters the material cost, and we will tell you the new figure before acting on it.
Made-to-order pieces require a deposit of [50%] to enter production, with the balance due on delivery. Stocked pieces are paid in full at purchase.
Lead times quoted are working estimates from the date drawings are approved. We tell you promptly if a material delay affects your date.
Because each piece is built to your specification, a made-to-order piece cannot be cancelled for a refund once the timber has been cut. Before that point, cancel and we return the deposit in full.
Delivery within Riyadh is included and carried out by our own crew. Elsewhere in the Kingdom it is quoted by distance and access.
You are responsible for telling us about access constraints — lifts, stairs, doorways and gate widths. If a piece cannot be brought in because of an access issue we were not told about, a second delivery is chargeable.
Please inspect a piece on delivery. Tell us about transit damage within [48 hours] and we will repair or replace it at our cost.
We warrant frames and joinery for five years, and upholstery, finishes and mechanisms for two years, from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, alterations by anyone else, or the normal ageing of leather, fabric and oiled timber.
Natural timber moves and varies in colour and grain. Variation between pieces is a property of the material, not a defect.
A stocked piece bought from the showroom floor can be returned within [14] days if it is unused and in its original condition. Collection is chargeable unless the piece was faulty.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Saudi consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be limited.
